My husband doesn't walk well. We missed our scheduled boarding time due to the distance of the boat from the parking lot. The Ticket people allowed us to board the next scheduled boat. The narrator was fabulous! Very entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyable. Bringing more family members in Feb, 2022.

I had a very bad experience got there on time I was told to check in by one of the employees that was on the boat when I came back they were sailing away and my family and I weee left behind we had to leave I’m still trying to get a refund very bad service with the staff

The boat was clean, the host was funny, and they served drinks (for purchase). I enjoyed myself. I’d recommend this cruise to a friend.

Had a reservation for 4 on September 1, 2021 at 6:30 pm. The boat tour was canceled without any notification and we incurred $50 in Uber charges for transportation to the boat tour only to turn around and head back to our hotel. Very unprofessional!
