  To make a long story short. Do not book through this website they are HORRIBLE! NEVER EVEN GOT TO SNORKEL they took my money and booked my seat on the bus and did not book my snorkel reservation with Fury. We woke up at 5am to get on a bus out of Ft. Lauderdale they drove us ALL the way down to Key West just for us to find out last minute that our snorkel reservation was never set up.. $300 wasted now I’m fighting just to get a rightfully deserved refund. I even called and spoke with James 24 hours prior to our reservation to confirm like the booking says. Worst experience ever I was stranded in key west with nothing to do for 5 hours. Stay away from grey like miami and just book directly with Fury Adventures.

  The snorkling part was good. But the tour not really organized. There was not time to eat breakfast and lunch very quick. But the most dissapointing was the Tour Guide who offer extra activities knowing there was not time to do them. I paid 70 dlrs for the trolly, i didnt have time to do and he didnt gave my money back. They take advantage of tourist people who doesnt know the timmimg. Also the walking from the bus stop to the Marina is long and hot. They should make it more easy because of the weather. Everything was rushing. Very tired. The bus not very confortable and hot!

  So fun, crew was friendly and welcoming! Boat was so nice and the area we went to was amazingly beautiful! Drinks were great! Would go again!

  Once arriving in Key West, the excursion was amazing! The trip was long, and the bus wasn’t very comfortable. Once we returned to Miami, and dropped several people off at their hotels, the bus ran out of fuel. We had to call an Uber to take us the rest of the 30 miles back to Fort Lauderdale.... We finally arrived back at our hotel at 12am.

  When I booked our trip, we were expecting a day trip on a catamaran. Not once was it mentioned that we'd be traveling all the way to Miami then to Key West on a bus. I was not expecting a 3.5 bus trip down and another 3.5 hours trip back. Bus was not allowing passengers to use the bathroom due to them being told they were not allowed to clean it during the trip. We were very disappointed that the excursion we had originally booked and paid for "sold out" and we only got a "partial refund". So we had to purchase another excursion since we wanted to enjoy something. We pretty much ended up paying almost twice as much. I will never book anything else through this website nor recommend it to anyone I know.

  Love the ambiance on the boat! Crew was amazing! And knowledgeable! For a first timer felt very comfortable with the info they provided us.

  Terrible customer service, I was given the wrong address for pick up was unable to go. When I called they said I was wrong but after further investigation they admitted their wrong. When I tried to go through visitor for help they weren’t helpful at all and sent an email saying no further investigation. It was a pain to get my money back not even sure I will. I ended up renting a car on my own and driving and taking the Fury water adventures. Would recommend that DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP!

  If you’re going out of Fort Lauderdale you better be ready for a loooonnnnggg day. There were 5-6 other stops in Miami(both ways) which makes for quite tiresome travel. Nice tour and snorkeling was fun. Key west had good shops and excellent food. Ate at Conch Republic👍👍

  I know the weather was a factor. There was no sailing and even if the water wasn't choppy there appeared to be not an area to boast snorkeling.
