Stop At: Rocky Mountain National Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado

This tour begins with meeting your party at your lodging in Estes Park or at the Estes Park Visitor Center on 500 Big Thompson Ave. Follow me in the safety and comfort of your own vehicle as we talk on a 2 way radio and make a few short stops to view historical sites and look for wildlife in the Estes Valley before heading into Rocky Mountain National Park. In winter our destination is Bear Lake for breathtaking snowy scenery or maybe a short snowshoe walk in the forest! In summer our destination is Trail Ridge Road the highest continuous road in the US. Both tours include plenty of stops for wildlife viewing, photography and a short hike as you and the time allow.

What an amazing tour of RMNP! Bruce has deep knowledge of of the park, and the surrounding area. He made a point to taking to us to locations with great panoramic views of the mountains and valleys, and provided us with recommendations for hikes and sights for us to explore after the tour. The tour was a highlight of our visit to the Park. I highly recommend this tour.

Bruce, picked us up @ the Visitors Center, drove through the town of Estes Park to RMNP. He explained the history of the park, present, & hopefully the future. We stayed mostly in the Van due to the wind & cold on that day. We did visit many of the parks within RMNP. We ventured out @ some areas, also @ Bear Lake just magnificent to see natural lake @ over 9,000 ft. We returned to Estes Park to their Golf Course, & saw at least 30-50 Elks. Wonderful ending to our tour.

It was so nice to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery with a knowledgeable tour guide to describe the sights! We enjoyed a short hike to a beautiful waterfall and were thrilled to spot some moose later in the tour. Would definitely take this tour again!

Bruce was very knowledgable about RMNP and made the trip very enjoyable. Although we were not able to see any elk in RMNP Bruce made sure we got to see them by going to the golf course in Estes Park where we saw about 50 of them. The tour was definitely a very worthwhile experience and we were able to see a lot of the park in a relatively short amount of time.

Bruce was a great guide. We had been in RMNP for several days and done a fair bit of hiking. Bruce was able to concentrate on areas we hadn't seen or add more understanding to areas we had seen. He recommended the Gem Lake trail which was a great trail for us.

First time in Rocky Mountain National Park and it was exquisite including snow in October. Bruce was the best guide -extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the park. We learned so much.

Amazing afternoon tour! We were traveling with a baby and Bruce was beyond accommodating. We just strapped the car seat into his vehicle and we were off! We were able to stop whoever we wanted and loved being able to learn way more about the park than if we were just on our own. Many thanks for a wonderful day in Estes!

Bruce was very informative and excellent host. We saw a lot of the park in just three hours including a large elk herd on the alpine ridge.

Bruce gave us an awesome tour of the Rockies. He made sure we saw a number of native animals, took us to the Continental Divide (we told him we wanted to see it.) The kids and I enjoyed the trip and all the information he provided about the park and wildlife. Would recommend it!
