Excellent Polynesian show with entertainers who obviously enjoy what they do. Wonderful food with all you can eat crab legs! Wish it would have been a little longer so we could spend more time outside enjoying the view of Honolulu

Staff was friendly, helpful, enjoyable AND talented. The lead singer/musician was great!!! The pickup and drop-off was seamless, and the busses were clean and comfortable. And the food was excellent and plentiful. The dining staff were great, as well

We did not actually go on the sunset cruise. There was inclement weather and when I called to check on whether the cruise was still on tract I was told yes they were scheduled to leave on time. I informed Kim the agent on the phone that I did not feel comfortable going out on stormy seas. Kim stated he understood my hesitation and arranged for us to receive a full refund. I truly appreciate Kim listening to my concerns. I wish more businesses would listen to their customers! Thank you Kim!!!

The whole trip was great best part would be the food and entertainment. Alex our waiter was great tended to us like we were his only table

Entertainment was absolutely wonderful. Talented singer and dancers. Night and sunset views were spectacular. Mai tai was good. Only negatives (hence 4 star) were: food was lukewarm. Not even close to hot which is a turn-off for me. My husband said the food was good but I couldn’t eat anything except for some crab legs. 2nd negative: the carpet in the dining area where we sat appeared very dirty/stained (multiple very large areas )

I booked this sunset cruise for my honeymoon and the overall experience was very good. Upon arriving at the pier, we checked-in with the workers and was directed onto the ship. The first course was already plated on the table. Then the server comes over and brings a drink for you. After about 20-30 minutes from check-in, the ship sails into the open sea and you get to watch the sunset. Overall it was a pretty decent experience. The Pros: - Our server Danny was great! He instructed us on when to go out the ship to watch the sunset and was always coming back to us to see if we needed any additional accommodations. He even gave my wife some sea-sick pill and drink, he was incredibly helpful. - The unlimited crab legs were delicious. Not over boiled and flavorful; the steak was OK. - The view of the Aloha Tower at night + Waikiki at night was amazing. The Cons: - There were no real direction once you get to the pier so you really gottah know the area - There entertainment was decent but a bit tough to see the overall performance since the interior was a bit confined. - The drinks were not that strong, albeit it was only $10 per drink.
