These folks were professional, efficient, personable and on their A game from the time we made our very first call! What great staff! From whoever answers the phones to the awesome naturalist (Haley-she was AMAZING!) and our Captain! I would tell everyone to use these folks for their tours! We went in the begining of October and were lucky enough to see a variety of sea life including whales and 2 Bald Eagles sitting side by side on the same tree limb! Unforgettable experience! You guys are the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This trip was amazing! Not only did we get to follow a humpback whale but saw seals, bald eagles, Dalles porpoises, sea birds and my favorite, a group of Sea Lions. The crew was very well educated on all of these creatures and fun to be around also. I loved it!

Captain, naturalist, and boat--all around superb experience that delivered and then some! My elderly parents and I thoroughly enjoyed a tour on one of the bigger boats.

The naturalist was very engaging and eager to share her expertise. The trip was a highlight of my trip to San Juan. We saw an assortment of wildlife.

It's a little more per ticket but if we hadn't gone on it we would've missed 9 orcas! Obviously we lucked out. And yes they don't guarantee whales. So make sure you go during whale season! They are so friendly and nice and call you to let you know everything you could possibly need to know about getting there. We were the only ones wearing masks on board the whole time also if you're wondering about that.

What an amazing experience! Not only did we see orca, but everything about the boat, the naturalists and the Captain was fantastic. We were at the bow for most of the ride with Maxx. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and completely patient with all my incessant questions. I've been a naturalist myself (many moons ago) and I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance scientific facts with your own personality and perspective. Maxx did just that and it made the whole experience even better. None of the passengers wanted to leave when Captain Gabe announced it was time to head back, as we were watching an adult and 3 juveniles. He gave into our pleas and we stayed a bit longer. We only briefly interacted with Abby but she was also impressive. I highly recommend this company!

I found this company very easy to work with. I bought several tickets that I realized I purchased for the wrong date a week and a half before the trip. I called and had a really easy switch of dates. Then on the day of the excursion, the 9:05 am ferry from Anacortes was cancelled, leaving us on pins and needles trying to figure if we would make our 1:30 pm departure. Again I received awesome customer service that reassured us that we would make it to Friday Harbor on time. The ride out was also informative and very comfortable. We had a great time and learned a lot about the wildlife. We even got to see a bald eagle.. so cool. Thank you for an awesome experience.

The crew/staff were pleasent and helpful from beginning to end. The weather was perfect and we were fortunate to be able to watch 4 whales swim around for about 90 minutes. Even the staff was impressed so I'm sure that this is not the usual trip. There were two naturalists on board who were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience. Bring your binoculars. There is so much to see.

Had an absolutely beautiful day for a boat ride. Staff was friendly from beginning to end. They said that there had been whale spottings some distance away so they set out for that spot. It took about an hour to get there. Incredible views along the way. We saw 2 Stellar sea lions on the way. They were huge and impressive. We found the whales and were able to spend about 90 minutes watching 4 whales swim around. So amazing. Even the crew was impressed. We had to leave them to get back to the harbor. The trip was more than we expected but we understand there is never a guarantee that you will see any significant wild life. We were fortunate. The naturalist on board was enthusiastic and very informative. So glad that we did this tour.
